Location, the hosts were really kind, helpful and offered good travel recommendations. Breakfast very simple - toast with ham and cheese + coffee, but for the price I find it satisfactory. Room had working AC unit.
Our room did not have private bathroom - there was one only used by us, but we had to pass trough corridor, also the water was not flowing sometimes during the day, seemingly at random times (probably small boiler or the hosts turn it off for the day), everytime we told the hosts they fixed the issue.

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Appartement joliment décoré.
Arrivée tardive très bien gérée par les propriétaires avec plusieurs messages en amont.
Accueil chaleureux et souriant de bon matin qui fait très plaisir !
Proximité avec gare et hypercentre de Palerme.
