I loved how friendly and helpful they were! Franco showed us the best restaurant down the street and we ate there twice! The room was big too and we had a great stay! They also let us keep our baggage there awhile after we checked out so we could finish touring before the evening when we were leaving.
Sometimes it’s hard to find a receptionist because they are somewhere else, but you can call Franco or if someone is there cleaning you can find someone to help.

Staff was very polite, location is perfect (around 100 metres away from the Palermo Centrale)
Breakfast and receptionist desk is in the 3rd floor and our room was in thw first floor. We do not recommend it if you have baby stroller. It was very inconvenient to go up and down...

Very spacious room.
The room was on the last floor of a residential building in a sleazy part of town. The elevator was the tiniest I've ever been in. There was no 24 h reception as they claimed and none of the employees could speak a word of english.

The location is great
The AC doesn’t work. And the toilet papers are not changed regularly so when coming in big families it’s a problem.
