Colazione SCARSISSIMA senza scelta con cornetti surgelati e se si arriva tardi non c'è nulla. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile ma praticamente è come non averla.
Scelta nella colazione anche con pochi prodotti ma freschi e tipici sia per pubblico italiano che straniero.

Mucho mejor de lo esperado, por las fotos teníamos dudas sobre este alojamientos, pero en cuanto entramos a la habitación nuestras dudas quedaron despejadas. Cama muy cómoda, habitación espaciosa y baño completo con un jacuzzi como nuevo. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en medio de la calle principal pero lo suficientemente sepadado de la calle como para estar tranquilos
Es difícil de encontrar la entrada, las indicaciones por GPS son confusas. El desayuno es escaso, pensado mas bien para comer algo antes de salir

Great location, modern interior, mirror used as the bathroom door.
Upon arrival, the cutlery and glasses were not properly clean, and the coffee capsules in the room were already used or damaged. The interior looks modern, but the level of cleanliness is rather average to below average, which does not match the expectations created by the high rating.
At the same time, it is stated that towel changes and cleaning are only provided upon request, justified by an “eco-friendly approach.” However, this argument feels inconsistent in the context of disposable cups used at breakfast.
The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor every time it was used - Manuela solved it by giving us more bathroom rugs. In addition, there was a strong and unpleasant smell in the room throughout the stay, likely coming from the drainage system or air conditioning. The initial response from staff was not very professional, suggesting that the issue might be related to us not requesting daily cleaning, which does not explain or resolve the actual technical cause of the smell. When we reported the issue with the room, it was initially addressed only in the evening through another person who appeared informally and was not clearly identifiable as responsible staff. This person arrived around 9 p.m., strongly smelled of cigarettes, and their behaviour gave the impression they might have been under the influence of alcohol, which did not feel professional or reassuring. If this kind of situation were observed in a mystery shopping evaluation, it would represent a serious compliance and service failure. A compensation in the form of a dinner was later offered, and we were told the matter would be addressed the following day. However, this came too late, as we were already leaving the next morning.
The accommodation is advertised as private rooms, but in reality it is a shared apartment with very poor sound insulation. Noise from the street, bathrooms, and other rooms is clearly audible.
