The accommodation is located right in the heart of Palermo, just a few steps from Teatro Massimo, so the location was absolutely perfect. We were staying in Palermo for only one night during our week-long road trip around Sicily, and for a short stay this was a very good choice.
Since we were travelling with a rental car, parking was also important to us. The accommodation does not have its own private parking, and considering how busy the traffic is and how many cars are parked on the streets, we personally did not want to leave a rental car there. However, there is an underground parking garage just 1–2 minutes away on foot. We paid around €17 for the whole day, which we found very reasonable considering the central location.
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The biggest highlight, however, was definitely the staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The people running this B&B really made our stay even more enjoyable.
The accommodation is located on a busy street, so you can hear some noise from outside, especially in the evening and at night. However, this is something you have to expect when staying right in the centre of a lively city like Palermo.
There is also no elevator, and the rooms are not luxurious like in a five-star hotel, but for price and short city stay they are absolutely fine.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this accommodation, especially to anyone visiting Palermo for 1–3 nights and looking for a great central location, easy access to the main sights, and exceptionally friendly staff.

It’s very well located and you can walk everywhere
No elevator, so I had to haul my luggage upstairs. It was good cardio though

Location, staff was nice. Breakfast is fine.
Building, breakfast room wasn’t really clean or nice. The bedroom is okay but smell of sewer in the bathroom, and toilets make a big noise. No décoration seems very cold.
