Posizione top, ma soprattutto l'Host, Calogero è un uomo favoloso, sempre disponibile e sempre con il sorriso
Nulla in particolare, magari una piccola attenzione in più alla camera in genere, essendo piccola va curata/pulita con attenzione.

Beb situato in punto strategico della città. Ubicato al 3 piano con ascensore e una decina di gradini.
Possibilità di raggiungere molti posti noti, sia a piedi che con bus. Noi abbiamo fatto una passeggiata raggiungendo 4 canti, cattedrale e il mercato il capo.
Stanza ben climatizzata e con frigo in camera. Ci ha fatto trovare il frigo pieno di bottiglie di acqua e bevande ...più tutto il necessario per colazione (latte, macchina caffè con capsule, bollitore,brioss, fette biscottate, marmellate e Nutella, cereali) il tutto in abbondanza per giorni e giorni, anche se noi siamo rimasti 2 notti.
Massima privacy. L'host abita al piano di sotto ma lo abbiamo visto solo al check in, pur se è rimasto reperibile in caso di bisogno.
C'è un ampia terrazza che non abbiamo utilizzato per via delle alte temperature esterne. Ma per i fumatori è perfetta per uscire giusto il tempo della sigaretta. ☺️ Nella terrazza c' è tavolo, sedie e due sdraio. Una bella vista sul politeama.
Quando ci si doccia e quando si tira lo sciacquone del wc, esce un bel po di acqua. Ma fuori dalla stanza, l'host ha lasciato due tappetini asciutti per rimpiazzarli quando serve. Credo sia un problema momentaneo. Non ho chiesto dettagli perché il soggiorno è stato breve e lui è stato gentilissimo fin dal principio.

The upstairs terrace has a phenomenal view of Teatro Poplitamo, the tour buses to Agrigento and Villa Casale Romano leave at stop at square right out the front door.
Mr. Dulce is a warm person and great host who was a pleasure to meet!

The host was very nice, and helpful. The terrace overlooking the plaza is amazing. The location is close to bus stop. An easy walk to attractions, and markets. This is our second time staying here. We liked it enough to come back.
Just expect mix of packaged items and a coffee/tea maker in the room for your breakfast. We knew this going into it, so was okay, and a grocery down the road to add to it. There was lots of drinking water provided.
