We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better location and neighbourhood. Everything we needed was just a short walk away.
It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with all the amenities you could need, including plenty of towels, a hairdryer, a TV, a good Wi-Fi and shared space with complementary snacks coffee and tea.
Also it felt extremely safe. It was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax.
As an architect, I especially loved the character of the old-style building combined with the modern touches inside. The mix of historic charm and contemporary design gave the place a really unique feel.
The host was fantastic, very accommodating, friendly, and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything.
Overall, a lovely stay, and we would happily stay here again!
There was a small issue with a leak during our stay, but we let the host know and he took care of it right away. We really appreciated how quickly he responded.

I had such a wonderful stay with my partner. The hosts were so lovely and friendly and really made us feel welcome! The room was spotless and cleaned so attentively. It is a great location, about a 3-4min walk from the main Palermo strip. The whole hotel feels like a true Italian dream! Would highly recommend and super affordable too.

Great location, clean, very comfortable bed and pillows.
The room used as a “kitchen” doesn’t have any sink or water. One has to take the kettle to their room to fill in and wash. No big deal.
