Location was ok, was clean , thoughtful touches like coffee machine and biscuits
Bed was basic as was bedding , there was a problem with plumbing so woken 4am with water pump hammering throughout building and didn’t have hot water that morning

There were noises during night not sure it was the heating system or not but it was annoying
