La ubicación es perfecta, el alojamiento es super cómodo y el personal muy atento, nos trataron con muchísima amabilidad e hicieron que nuestra estancia en Palermo sea maravillosa.

It's a traditional and very beautiful apartment with high ceilings and large rooms, decorated in old "antique" style. Breakfast was served in common room with freshly baked croissants and great coffee. Host was very friendly, super accomodating and flexible. Our bedroom was really large with a double bed and two single beds, and quiet. Great location and easy walk to the historic centre. Reasonable price and great value for money!!
The bathroom is not directly connected to the room but accessed through a few meters corridor and with a key to enter the bath. However, this setup worked really well and turned out to be unproblematic.

Просторий гарний номер. Також сніданок був смачним, але за два дні лише раз мали змогу поснідати, так як в перший день зранку не було сніданку, навіть, чашки кафе не було. Хоч і є кухня.
Відсутність сніданку в перший день. Наявність вікна зверху над міжкімнатними дверима, через що як в коридорі сусіди вмикають світло, то все світло одразу в нашій кімнаті і спати стає неможливо. Туалет/душ в кінці коридору у всіх. Є свій ключ і щоразу маєш з ключем ходити в туалет. Це створює незручності. Але гірше те, що обидві ночі мали сусідів, що кожні 10 хв ходили в туалет, приймали душ. Був сильний шум від відкривання/закривання дверей, світло, що не вимикалось зовсім. Погіршилося тим, що я так і не поспала жодну з ночей. Приїхала святкувати день народження, але не мала зовсім сил.
Ще й в&в знаходиться на перехресті, де постійно повно машин, всі сигналять щохвилини. Стрес і роздратування.
Ще дуже засмучує той факт, що немає паромісця для клієнтів. Щогодини треба внести оплату €1. Я сплатила через додаток, але зранку (в свій день народження і без сніданку) на лобовому склі побачила, що виписали штраф, €25.
Скрипучі двері, немає заміни рушників (раз на три дні, то дуже мало).
