The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated. The location is perfect: in a quiet location and at walking distance from all major sights.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Genuinely dog friendly.
Finally a hotel with two or three power outlets on each side of the bed, so no need to unplug lamps to charge your phone!
Without doubt the place where we will want to stay on our next visit to Palermo.

Highly recommend Il Giardino if you want to explore Palermo. We stayed in a family room that was a great size and even had two bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable and the whole room was spotlessly clean. Communication was brilliant and the staff, who were all very helpful and friendly, arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport late at night, which all worked really well. 50 Euro for one car. Breakfast was included and was delicious. From the hotel we walked about 500-700 to the historical part of the city, which was a straightforward walk.

Great staff - Martina and Aurora were super helpful and welcoming. Location is central and close to lots of major landmarks, restaurants, etc. Feels authentic. Beautiful historic building with lots of interesting art inside. Nice breakfast.
Room itself could use a bit of renovation but no major issues.
