Cose che mi sono piaciute molto:
Al primo posto comunicazione e cortesia dell'host: difficilmente se ne trovano cosi in altre strutture. Per questa ragione ho prenotato per il secondo anno consecutivo, sempre alle Porte del Capo.
A seguire:
- La posizione: a pochi passi sei immerso nei monumenti principali della citta' e, strizzando l'occhio al divertimento, sei nel cuore della movida palermitana.
- Letto comodo: chi vuole dormire in un letto scomodo?
- Servizi: climatizzazione efficiente, internet veloce TOP
- Bagno e Cucina: dotati di tutto quello che serve
Tutti gli ingredienti per trascorrere serenamente ll proprio tempo in struttura.
Non c'e' stata una cosa che non mi sia piaciuta. Posso solo dare alcuni spunti su cosa aggiungerei io.
- Aspiratore di odori in bagno: nel mio caso abbiamo soggiornato in due, ma l'appartamento ospita fino a 4 persone e probabilmente questa soluzione farebbe comodo.
- Una lampada piu' luminosa nella stanza centrale.

The location is great, with an amazing gelato nearby, AC working well, fridge included in the room, spacious room. A bit chaotic check-in but kind staff.
Moldy shower, breakfast included is just coffee and croissants and juice in the room. It’s in underground with almost no windows and the neighbourhood is quite noisy mainly on Friday and Saturday. But for the price it’s worth it.

A cozy and spacious apartment for two in the heart of the old town, close to numerous restaurants, shops, and public transport stops. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet.
The apartment has a small but well-equipped kitchen, a coffee machine, a large comfortable bed, and additional sleeping space for two more guests. It smells fresh and pleasant, and good-quality shampoo and shower gel are provided.
We never met the host in person, but he was always available on WhatsApp and sent clear, detailed instructions for the self-check-in process.
- No tea was provided.
- There is an €8 tourist tax for two guests.
- The windows are very small, so there is very little natural light.

Appartamento nel cuore del centro storico di Palermo. Posizione ottima per chi vuole visitare il centro a piedi. Ampi spazi, aria condizionata, biancheria, phon e dispenser di saponi in bagno. Check-in autonomo.
Per chi ha la macchina come noi, posizione caotica e molto scomoda per trovare parcheggio. Tra l’altro in zona ZTL dove bisogna munirsi di pass a pagamento. Locali vicini alla struttura (che si trova su strada) non garantiscono la quiete nelle ore notturne. Colazione scarsa, da migliorare. Mancanza di Wi-Fi. In generale, sarebbe stato gradito ricevere più informazioni dall’host prima del nostro arrivo.
