Very good communication with the host; we could check in much earlier than officially indicated in the offer; host gave us a lot of useful advices regarding Palermo; basic room with two separated beds; private bathroom but outside the room; good working Wi-Fi; and air conditioning; pretty close to the most important sights in Palermo; quiet and safe area.
Beds slightly unstable and there was a characteristic old-building smell throughout the apartment.

Great location and a perfect no-frills spot to spend a few nights alone in Palermo. The staff is super friendly and easy to communicate with. It's easy and recommended for those looking to experience Palermo on a budget.
Honestly, the beds could've been more comfortable, but again, I went into this knowing that it was a no-frills situation, so I really have no complaints about the place.
