It was the perfect location, right across the street from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, near the Teatro Politeama.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable and it was clean, we receive very good recommendation, check in was very smooth

That it was nice and dark at night, and a big bottle of water supplied daily.
Very dark in the corridors, could do with a sensor light or 2,.
An incorrect WiFi password was given.
It was quite a way out of town, and also from the Palermo Lolli station. The shower screen looked like it had been broken recently and replaced by a shower curtain, that didnt really do the trick. No instructions on how to use the coffee machine, (we are not all familiar with the workings of them..) but the housekeeper showed me how to use it.
