The staff are very kind and attentive. The breakfast is lovely, and the balcony/terrace where it is served has stunning views. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are appropriately sized and equipped based on the location.
The stairs can be a bit tiring, but I knew about them when I booked it. I was encouraged to see that there is some construction going on and that someday they will have a lift!

Everything was great. I have issues with my hips so the bed could have been a little softer but overall the place was great

The location was close to all the attractions, dining, the train station and Marina. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast on the terrace was very enjoyable and relaxing.
