Lovely room with a great view from the balcony. Fantastic location too - only a 10 minute walk from the train station and the rooms are located pretty much in the middle of everything you want to see. Everything worked ok in the room & the hot tub was a nice addition.
Being on the top floor you have to walk downstairs to the shared fridge - no big issue but it would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room to keep a bottle of water during the night.

Location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to visit, and handy for the station too. Room was well done up and had a decent amount of space. Roberta was very responsive on WhatsApp.
WiFi was v unstable, we gave up and used our 5G instead. Would have preferred water and coffee in the room instead of having to go downstairs for it.

Great location, right next to the historical centre of Palermo. Our room was modern and well equipped. The hosts are super responsive and helped with any of our problems - we had issues with WiFi but the hosts tried to fix it as quick as they could!
The pillows were a little too firm for our liking. There are quite a few stairs and no lift, just to keep in mind if you can’t do stairs.
