Central location in the historic area of Palermo and a short walk to a lot of the sights. The check in process was very easy and the hotel very secure, clean and comfortable. Roberta our hostess was outstanding and nothing was a bother for her. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

A truly wonderful location. Roberta and her staff provided us with excellent service and were always happy to help with all the information we needed. The breakfast was very good, and our room was spacious and beautiful. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Convenient location in the old town close to major attractions. Clean and comfortable bed.
Not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. Difficult to find. Stumbled with my phone while balancing luggage and an umbrella in the rain until I found the WhatsApp message with the code. Bumped my head on the low door. Crossed a courtyard avoiding the puddle and construction. Carried my suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Opened the door of my "suite" to a small entranceway described as a "living room". No place to hang my wet jacket. Then carried my suitcases up a steep, narrow staircase to the loft. Needed to make one last business call, but the wifi was insufficient for video at 5 MBs upload speed.
