The position was great , close to everything .
Lovely hotel and. pool.

A special and well deserved mention to three members of staff ; Maria, who is an absolute joy to be around, so friendly , helpful and caring , she went above and beyond with gluten free dietary needs for one of out party She is truly an asset to this hotel. !!!
Also Giulia, the lifeguard who was so friendly and helpful and great with the kids!!
A mention about Katia on the reception also it was very lovely and helpful.
Also shout out to the cleaners who were really hard behind the scenes!!
The mature female staff member who was not very friendly.
The third female lifeguard present towards the end of our day was very unfriendly and looked as if she hated her job.

The hotel was in an excellent location and we had a great room with a side balcony to watch the light show in the lake. The staff were wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Great location and nice clean large rooms
To have AC was a plus. Breakfast was nice. The swimming pool was a fun way to relax with our granddaughters. All the staff was very helpful and kind.
Some more shade around the swimming pool! The evening meal was always a menu, I wish that you could eat small portions, our granddaughters cant eat a menu!

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is great! On the main street of Baveno! I could easily get by on foot!
The bed was uncomfortable, I could hear my neighbors watch TV and the noise on the corridor began by 6:15. I could even hear doors opening.
