Great location, a minutes walk from city centre. Parking onsite and secure. Boutique feel hotel with good breakfast.

The location is brilliant as are the team. Incredibly friendly and housekeeping standards are very good. The property has lots of character too.
It would have been lovely to of had tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a little selection of pastries with the continental breakfast.

Comfortable, quirky, very welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms were sparsely furnished but adequate. No tea making facilities but this may be a British thing!
The lift advertised did not serve all rooms - hence two flights up for an old couple was less than perfect! Parking was advertised on your website but after paying a non returnable fee for accommodation we discovered that it was fully booked. However after contacting the hotel the problem was resolved. Tweaking your website should solve this problem.
