Great location and comfortable facility
Need to keep staff at front desk a bit longer. Closing at 8pm and opening hours are too short for international travellers who need to come in at late hours and leave in the early morning

Charming, cozy, traditional hotel located close to the center of Deauville. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was polite and kind.

Quaint building and friendly staff
First room up 3 flights of narrow old stairs. Roof windows so couldn't see out at all. very claustrophobic. Wifi not good- weak signal.
Lady at desk changed room to ground floor (we booked a superior room and were expecting a garden view room) without any fuss. A quaint but tired room. No coffee/tea facilities.
