Staff very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinner good with lots of choice. Lots of sofas areas to sit and bar area was also good.
I also had booked a wake for my mother at this hotel it was well organised was held in their garden room and buffet was excellent staff also sorted out for music to be played in the background of that room. Thank you Debbie and your team.
The only thing was the shower head wasn't great and probably needs replacing.

I was in the external buildings, lots of room in main bedroom and good-sized bathroom.
Nice location, good value (through booking.com expensive if booked direct as published)
Large car park
dining areas looked good if not a little dated, nice breakfast.
Great location and in easy reach of most of the north Norfolk coast
A little dated in some areas but not a big problem.
Staff at breakfast need to smile a bit more

The cleanliness, location and warmth of general areas.
The bedroom was very cold. It was very windy with unpleaseant wet weather. We enquired about the central heating at 16:30 and was told it would not be coming on until 19:30.
We had to leave the hotel before this time to go out for the evening and we had to get ready in a cold room. We were only staying for one night, and would have changed our plans if we were staying for longer.
We are due to be in the area again in January, and would have booked again, but the room temperature has put us off booking there again.
