Holiday Inn Milton Keynes Central by IHG

Upon arrival myself and a male friend found out we had a double bed. When I went to talk with reception and explained that we where work colleagues and I had book two single beds. She was kind enough to try and fund us a different room. The young lady found a family room and asked a colleague to make up the side bed. He was then very helpful and moved a few things round so we could have two single beds. I give the staff 10/10

I would say maybe a plug socket on the other side as well. My friend took the only bed with a plug socket

Good location when visiting MK Theatre District and the Centre MK. The staff at this hotel are fantastic. Our room was lovely and had a comfortable bed. There are great facilities, including a gym and pool. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

It would be nice to have free parking.

The location great very close to shops. The room was clean & comfortable. Bed was excellent!

Room was gloomy even during daytime as it had no natural day light. The lighting in room was appalling a few lamps in the corners. Only the bathroom was well lit. One Broken lift out of service for 2 days I spent there over the busiest weekend they have all year. Not enough staff on duty.
