The location was perfect the quietness you could shatter with a hammer . I would like to thank everyone as you so kindly upgraded me to one of the chalets which was stunning . The food was spectacular like the welcome I received , I will be going back as after a long days work this took all the stress away .On your journey here you will think that it cant be down here ? then you arrive , its like an oasis in the dessert.
Please do not change anything .the setting the ambiance the quietness like you wouldn't believe .

Location and excellent roast dinner in evening. And very good price with lovely continental breakfast included .
Staff very good especially receptionist upon arrival.
Room 17 had a humming noise all night and owners very dower,I think we're stressed out by daughters wedding.

The location is out of this world. The hotel is set in an old mill and a beautiful stream runs by. Listening to the water flowing by whilst in the room was such a beautiful treat. Surrounding the hotel are lovely walks, rivers, hills. As this is a dedicated nature reserve, no phone masts anywhere therefore be prepared not to have a good mobile phone signal
The shower was unfortunately not to my liking. Very weak in our room and then would not get hot. We spoke to the staff who helped us get ready in another room. But the ordeal of having a body covered in soap and hair with shampoo, and having to request the shower to be repaired/new shower was less than desirable.
