Luxurious and clean. Extremely great customer service from all parties. Was upgraded rooms which was very lovely and were able to stay an extra night at a discounted cost. Complimentary cookies and milk each day is a lovely touch.
Do wish there were outlets in bathroom, surprised to find none in a big bathroom considering there is a little vanity and a hairdryer to use. Spa bath plug was pretty much broken, had to pull it fully out after using to drain as the push system to unplug was completely stuck. Nothing major just small details that could be improved!
