Location, private parking, stuff.

No chairs in the room, very poorly cleaned, bad smell from the drain in the funnel, many moscquitos during the night because of the tornned net.

Very pleasant place. Very quiet and an excellent location to explore neighboring places (Avignon, Arles, Nimes, etc), if with a car. Staff very friendly.

Great base to explore: 20 minutes from Avignon, about an hour to Roussillon or Camargue. The owners are very dynamic and helpful. Loved running in the hills just behind the Mas and the lovely next door restaurant. The breakfast was good and the pool area and rooms are comfortable.

Location and the garden/swimming pool were good. You feel safe and the property is well maintained.

The rooms are very small and what they call a Comfort Room with Terrace is a very basic 15m2 room without any space to move around. The terrace is the space in front of the door of the room with 4 planters next to the next room. There's no privacy. The shower keeps failing from it's hook as it's a silly setup. I also didn't like the fact that you get a list of rules, such as 'your room will not be cleaned due to covid', you specifically have to ask to get it cleaned or request fresh towels at the reception, you then get a list of type of stains that you are not allowed to make on the towels and linen. It doesn't say to the guests 'we are happy to have you'

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but very nice inside with free parking, restaurant and pool. We get a standard room in the second floor, which was very noisy. A lot of noise in the evening and morning from reception. The staff is nice and welcoming

Disturbing noise from reception, restaurant offers basic meals for a bit high price. We had a strong smell of toilet in the whole room when we arrived
