The hotel is in an ideal location in Riquewihr. It’s charming with many personal touches. The parking was very convenient and I loved that the hotel is pet friendly. My bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The owners were very kind and flexible with our late arrival, explaining how to check in after hours. I also appreciated the fan that was in the room. We were there during a very hot weekend and the fan helped so much while sleeping!

The location, friendly staff at breakfast helpful
The beds were uncomfortable, a bit outdated with not enough plugs, fridge not plugged in, terrible room with a mezzanine, duvets in summer- room too hot with no air conditioning. Staff only work from 15:00 - 18:00
