It was spacious and clean, stunning views of the caldera, location perfect (lots of places to eat and drink nearby) and not too busy, and directly outside our room was the small communal pool that no one seemed to use except us. The breakfast was included and got us off to a great start each day. The cave style room was fun to experience.
The main bed was against a wall so you could only get off the bed from one side or the end of the bed.It was such a small thing though and didn’t at all impact our stay.

The view was absolutely beautiful! We had the junior suite and we had a very lovely time. The sunset was perfect from our balcony. Also, a staff called Remis was a very friendly, young person who helped us with everything we asked.
Would recommend!!!
The breakfast was served on our balcony, starting from 8.30 earliest - what we thought was a little late. Because make sure you go to visit places early in the morning because of the crowds, heat,...
but we understand with limited staff it's not possible to do much earlier.

Staff were lovely and helpful. The room had everything you needed and the view was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing and had so many options. Also so lovely to have it just outside your room.
Bathroom decor is a little odd if I had to pick something.

The views you get are amazing.. an almost private sunset view is out of this world. Our stay included the breakfast which was delicious. The staff were very helpful and very friendly.
It was very hard to find. No directions on how to get to the place. There’s a lot of steps to get anywhere in this place.
