The hotel is amazing for the price, but the staff was gloomy and the parking is overcrowded.

The beds are very comfortable, also the overall style of the rooms is very modern and clean. They have good TV channel options and also mini bar full of goodies.

The parking costs 15 leva per day but unfortunately, they overcrowd the parking so I had problems taking out my car because other cars blocked me. So I had to wait almost 20 minutes for the receptionist to find some of the owners of these cars to come and move their cars so I can go for dinner. It is ridiculous how you pay so much money per day for parking and you are practically unable to use your car. Also, when I came back after dinner, I had to block other cars to use the parking, which resulted in reception waking me up in the morning on the next day to ask me to move my car so that other people can go out. All of this causes such inconvenience not only for the clients but also for the staff of the hotel, who are feeling embarrassed and are facing a lot of negativity from clients even when they are not guilty of this poor and greedy decision of the owner just to earn another few more levs and make his guests and staff uncomfortable. Very disappointing!

Small boutique hotel without AC in the room

Great clean room , all well organised at hand

The AC didn't work at all in the summer heat ... We stayed only for 4 hours and changed.to another hotel...

It was amazing overall, went there two times and the rooms were so comfortable that I almost didn’t leave the hotel

Is literally in the center, and close to everything The receptionists were super helpful, they were always ready to assist you if you need something

A total disaster

The location only!

The room was a total wreck. The bathroom sick was just about to fall apart on my kid. Also, the cornice was hanging strangely from the ceiling leaving a big hole between the ceiling and the top of the curtains. There was mold everywhere, the matress was mega dirty, the floor wasn't clean to, the toilet was leaking, etc, etc. I had to pay for the parking 15 lv per day. Also, I chose to pay 40 leva for late room checkout (after 12 p.m.). The first night we couldn't sleep (me and my child). There was a very loud chalga party in front of the hotel that lasted almost the whole night. However, on the second day we had to get out with the car. When we got back in the evening it turned out that there was now free parkng slot for my car. The receptionist had overloaded the parking with cars, some of theme weren't from the hotel. I asked her where I can park now, she didn't even answer, just looked at me in a very stupid way. I had to go all arround the town to find a safe (paid) parking. It took me so long that my little son fell asleap in the car, it was raining outside, and I had to carry the sleeping child 1km to get back from the parking to the hotel. The next day I got up early and requested to be refunded for the parking and the late checkout, because I was paying for each hour of parking (on the other parking), and I needed to checkout quickly. They refused to refund me. I had an argument with them but they still refused to do it. The paid parking cost me 28 leva. Once I left the building they cancelled the reservation. Maybe they had thought that this would block me for leaving a bad review. This hotel should be delisted from booking.com!

- Fantastic location - Decent breakfast (much food, pretty diversified) - Clothes dryer - Perfect price/quality

- bathroom was a stinky fish - cigarette butts on the balcony

Good place to stay, if you want to visit Sunny Beach and nearby cities by car. Cheap. Breakfast was good.

No elevator. We had to go all the 3 floors with the luggage. Bit noisy. Old building, not that we'll renovated.

Great holiday

Everything was on point.Great price, great location, no noise at all, we had a room with view to the back alley.I really appreciate the wifi, which was very strong.The breakfast was awesome, plenty to choose from. The hotel is close to the beach and close to pretty much everything in Sunny Beach. The staff was polite, great english, easy to communicate. The parking is small but we had no problem with that, the car was as we left it.

Something that could be improve, but not really a big problem: -dusty room -the smell in the bathroom, since there is no window.

- 3rd floor without elevator - telephone number given on booking was only to a pre recorded message. I was contacted back 4 hours later. Lucky that I arrived at 14.30, and not in the late evening

Central, very good location, equipment in the rooms is also good, you have everything that you need. Breakfast is fine. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

-No curtain in the bath, so it gets very wet after bath; - No lift
