Perfect location to get around. Subway or the ferry across to the island.
Mattress was sagged in the middle of the bed. Sleeping with my son was difficult when both you rolled into the middle.

The location was superb. One straight road once you walk out of the hotel - you get to Tsim Sha Tsui station. If you turn right - you get to the Star Ferry and Bus terminus!
Unfortunately one of the rooms we had was quite damp.
