Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and disappointing parking.

Situated right in the middle of the city, you have everything practically around the corner. Hotel is really nice inside, and the young woman working in the reseption, really stood up for a good welcome for us, with good info, and attitude making us feel GOOD!

The hotel has parking, which you must pay a few euros for. But, when you use it and want to go to the hotel, there are NO connection directly to hotel. You MUST go thru a door, and then down a dangerous stairway with your baggage. This for us, is enough that next time we will go to another hotel, with more comfortable entrance.

Unprofessional customer service

Hello Dear Booking Team, I want to complain about my stay at Hotel Alexandra! I booked through your website and the breakfast was included but the receptionist said I have to pay extra. the whole experience was unfriendly and the room was uncomfortable and they didn't offer the described list your Website listed for example the same receptionist said they don't have bathrobe and he didn't even bother to follow up . at the end he deducted the false amount of money from my card and I had to come back to correct the mistakes he wrote in the Receipt

A combination of comfort and style

It was wonderful to find comfortable beds after a long trip. We were impressed by the hotel's interior and style. A quiet area in the very center of the town.

Breakfast could have been better.

Bugs in WC. Hotel staf didn't talk English and didn't even try. No welcome drink.

Clean rooms, friendly frontdesk

No chance to eat something in afternoon in hotel. Rooms were cold as radiator were off, however after few hours from making them on room temperature started to rise.

the sauna is closed, but it still appears on the booking that it is available. the hotel is old, not very clean.

The hotel is really great! We stayed here the third time and it is always excellent. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Central location in Plauen. Spacious and convenient indoor car parking. Fantastic breakfast. And all of that reasonably priced.
