The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was bright and airy. The location was handy for the city centre, railway and tram stations.
The bathroom had no plug in the wash basin and the water took a while to drain.

The staff was friendly and approachable.
The location is great, being right next to hauptbahnhof in the center of the city.
The beds were comfy and the room was clean.
The airconditioning did not work, meaning the rooms temperature would frequently exceed outside temperatures. This was not at all desireable for good sleep. Given this, the room was quite expensive for what it is.
