The view from the terras is beautiful, wonderful location near the castle.
The decor of the terrace could be so much more tasteful, as could the breakfast room.

Stunning location, characterful building and excellent restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious, comfortable rooms and plenty of secure parking.
The rooms were hot and would benefit from a/c.

Great location with a superb view over the Rhine valley. The old tower on top of the hill allows climbing even higher. Charming hotel with beautiful terrace and a nice restaurant on site. Generous breakfast. Plenty of free parking. The city centre is a couple of kilometers away and has shops and restaurants.
The bed was rather small and the mattress could have been a bit more comfortable.

Location was fantastic, high up overlooking the Rhine Valley. The restaurant was well renowned in the area and exceptionally busy. This meant you have to book up your evening meals well in advance of your arrival. The breakfast was fabulous as were the evening meals. With an extensive menu.
For the duration of my stay, I had a garage for my car, which was excellent.
The Hotel was classed as a 3 star but it was a very tired Hotel. The rooms were not particularly clean with remains of previous clients underwear under the tv cabinet. it would appear that they concentrate on the excellent restaurant, which is in a separate building to the hotel.
