Good stay overall for our family. The room was clean with a comfortable main bed, and the breakfast was really nice.
The pull-out sofa was a bit too small for two kids to sleep comfortably. It worked fine for a one night stay.

We came for Cahllenge Roth event. Hotel catered for athletes with early breakfast and a designated large room for bike storage downstairs with bike racks which made it easier to assemble bike and didnt have to keep it in bedroom. Staff very helpful with details regarding the race and I noticed they did a service to get your bike to the event- we didnt need this as we hired transport, thought breakfast offering and on race day was excellent, with choice of carbs. Staff friendly, parking easy
The only slight negative was although the room and bathroom looked clean , when the bathroom got steamy and warm there was quite a strong smell of urine...apart from that the room was clean

The sofa bed was atrocious. Barely slept.
