Abbiamo prenotato e pagato tramite Booking una camera per due persone. Siamo arrivati intorno all'ora di pranzo e ci è stato comunicato che avremmo potuto prendere possesso della camera più tardi. Siamo quindi tornati alle 15:15, ma la camera 211 non era ancora pronta. Ci hanno pertanto assegnato la camera 207.
Un'esperienza non proprio positiva, soprattutto considerando che la camera era stata prenotata e pagata in anticipo e che ci aspettavamo di poterla trovare disponibile all'orario previsto per il check-in.

The staff at the reception was amazing. Kudos to Rebecca - she tried really hard to accommodate all requests, including late dinner ordering, and navigating the invoicing procedure which due to old computer or lack of high quality Internet proved to be terribly hard.
Breakfast is also fine, given the establishment in total, it is good value for money. The lady that works there is very welcoming also - you get a great espresso!
The room needs refurbishment, the furniture looks like from middle ages. The bathroom looks terrible, especially the shower, which has some yellow marks at the bottom. The room was also very cold the first night, and you don't get a normal duvet and cover, so it gets really uncomfortable. Internet is non-existent. And location only works if you have particular activities close by - otherwise you are stuck with no transport or real food options.
