The room's terrace had view to the sea but not the caldera view. The location is excellent 1 min from the main Oia street. No parking near by but 5-7 min walk away there is a free parking based on availability.
The air conditioning didn't cool the upper part of the room. The front terrace where the hot tub is located is not private and your neighbors pass by it. The room has some parts with a low ceiling so tall people should be carefull.

Location was amazing, incredible view, interior architecture was beautiful. The transfer they organised was brilliant, the driver was funny and knowledgeable- after a terrible ferry ride - he put us totally at ease and we started enjoying our stay immediately
Bedroom downstairs, bathroom upstairs with steepish steps - but everything was superior so such a tiny thing.

Location
The hot water was brown in color and felt unsafe to use. There was an odor of sewer when taking a shower. The doors to the bathrooms and several of the furniture had severe water damage and were black at the bottom with mold signs. There was a stain at the bed cover.

We were allowed early check-in which was such a relief post a long flight. It is right across the caldera and close to all places in Oia. Host was communicative. The jacuzzi was great in the evenings...
The bathrooms are dingy and one of them stunk and lacked ventilation. Bathroom curtains were slightly moldy and the towels could use replacing. One of the bedrooms is semi - private and i dont think that was amply clear on the booking. I would not rebook if I came back to Santorini.
