room was clean, good aircon, comfortable bed and pillow, staff helpful on reception and pre-checkin
room was on the small side, shower head could have been better, lack of lift may put others off

It was clean and comfortable. It was not a luxury hotel but was very good value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and happy.
Room was a little warm for me, couldn’t work out how to turn the aircon on.

Friendly welcome and helpful
No drinks facilities- maybe recommend a vending machine in reception or drinks facility? As no breakfast option and everyone needs a drink to start there day of arriving after a long day
