One of the best hotels for value for money staff very friendly from chamber maids to all the staff very caring and helpful

The bar area was large and accommodating, whilst breakfast in the main restaurant was good. The overall hotel appeared well maintained with a nice family room, and despite us visiting on a weekend, the staff remained upbeat. They also made a fuss of my daughter whose birthday it was (notified in advance) which was a nice touch.
Whilst the hotel was well kept, the swimming pool and changing rooms were a little unkept and there was a drainage smell in the showers.
Also the carpark wasn’t the smoothest surface, so a bit bumpy in the rain.

All OK but very tired. Air con not working on extremely hot night. No refund offered for what was an important part of my decision to stay there.
Needs refurbishment soon.
