The house was clean and easy to navigate. I was traveling w my BFF to visit my family, including my father who is in assisted living. House was conveniently located to downtown and his facility. We were able to visit w him during the day and still have some fun downtown w other family at night. I would stay here again. Kim provided everything we needed.

This was our very first visit to North Carolina and our first VRBO experience. We enjoyed Kim's lovely home very much especially her spacious and immaculately clean kitchen and living room and the porch swing was fun too! All the amenities we needed were there including TV's in four rooms, and a washer/dryer which was very handy for our extended trip. An abundance of towels and linens; also a nice bonus. We ordered take out meals, but you certainly could cook your own meals in this beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. The home was a perfect location for us as we attended a wedding at Carrigan Farms, boating on beautiful Lake Norman, dinner at Eddie's, and all were within a 15 minute drive. Only about 35 minutes from the airport as well. We would definitely recommend Kim's home to Mooresville and the surrounding area travelers.

The house was easy to find, newly updated & very cute. Perfect for my stay while dropping my son off at school. Met the owners who very hospitable and proud of their property. House was clean & well stocked for my stay.

Everything was good , except no cable or Wi-Fi was working when we arrived and found a few coach roaches . Host was having orkin show up for spraying and cable and Wi-Fi looked at .

We came to Mooresville to move our son into school. This was the perfect place to call our home base during all the activities. Cute, quiet, and perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will be back!

We were visiting friends in Moorseville, this location was great. The house is decorated nicely and has all the amenities we needed. It's on a busy road, but it was quiet at night.

We stayed for 10 days. Home is very comfortable and centrally located to many restaurants, shopping and racing shop museum's. Exactly as listed in their ad. Property owners are very friendly and quick to reply making it very easy to communicate with. Wonderful place to stay.

My family of four had a nice stay here for our son's graduation from Davidson College. It's nicely situated near downtown Mooresville with lots of places to eat (we enjoyed Ghostface Brewery and Pizza) and close to Davidson. House is well stocked with a great kitchen. Kim is very accessible and quick to respond. This was our second time staying here and both times were enjoyable. We highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful one week stay in Mooresville, NC, just north of Charlotte. We were in town for my nephew's wedding and this cute house was the perfect place to stay. The owner was very responsive. There was onsite parking in a nice neighborhood. We had all the amenities including washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron, and well stocked kitchen. Definitely recommend!!

We were so pleased with this property. Was an adorable home, clean, quiet and central to all Mooresville has to offer. As we were visiting our son who lives in Mooresville, we would gladly stay here on a return visit .

This property is exactly as described and pictured. Very cute and well kept bungalow close to downtown Mooresville. A short drive to Davidson and east to get to the highway as well. The road can get a little busy during rush hours but otherwise the street is quiet and the neighborhood is quaint. Check in was easy and there were some goodies waiting for us in the kitchen -thank you! We would stay here again for sure.

It was centrally located in mooresville. There were lots of great restaurants. The street was quiet and the house felt like home.

This is a wonderful house to stay in. The house is clean, well decorated, comfy, and has everything you would need for your stay. Communication with the owner was very easy. It is located close to town and central to everything else in Mooresville. It is also close to I77 interstate so traveling to other areas is easy. I highly recommend this property!

Cutest little house ever!! Beautifully decorated. Extremely clean. Had anything and everything u could possibly need for a getaway.

This home is a lovely place to spend time relaxing and unwinding. It is cozy and quaint, recently updated, and very well cared for. Every detail of the decor and design is thoughtful and suits the space. The owners left treats and gifts, and their kindness was felt throughout the stay. We enjoyed having coffee on the porch swing in the morning, and just watching the leaves fall around us while we chatted the afternoon away. The rooms are nicely placed, so there is a bit of privacy between them. The bathroom had a wonderful shower with beautiful stone tiles and a gorgeous glass door. It felt very luxurious! There were TVs in every room, complete with smart systems for streaming. I would only say that the beds are not super soft, although the bedding and pillows were good quality. I hope that we are able to return to Mooreseville in the future, and will look for this home again!
