We expected good things based of the pictures and reviews but the hotel exceeded these expectations all around. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, the pool area with swim up bar was a brilliant feature too. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

It was relatively close to Terminal 21.
We had to request housekeeping daily, despite consistently placing the "Make Up Room" sign outside by 10 a.m. Most days, the room was not cleaned without follow-up.
The mattresses were extremely soft and worn out, leading to back pain and discomfort, definitely in need of replacement.
Room service ends at 10 p.m, which is quite underwhelming for a place marketed as a “Resort”
There’s no option to order food while relaxing by the pool, which significantly limits the experience.
Additionally, the two bridges leading to the pool bar are in poor condition and pose serious safety risks. They urgently require repair to prevent potential accidents or liability issues.
