The room was spacious and had a good sized balcony with comfortable deck chairs. The view was also good.
It would have been good to be able to turn both the air conditioner fan and regular fan down in speed. Both were too windy. More outdoor tables for breakfast would have been good too.

Location is on the beach and close taxi ride to the shopping malls. Waterpark, pool & beach facilities were an advantage which the kids loved. Rooms were comfortable and generous in size.
While a small number of staff members were pleasant and helpful, the majority appeared demotivated, rigid, and unwelcoming.
Our issues began upon arrival. We had booked four rooms, yet the hotel allocated them across different buildings. We were informed that if we wanted all rooms within the same building, we would need to either upgrade or downgrade our room categories. We reluctantly paid for upgrades, only to end up on three different floors within the same building, which was still highly inconvenient for our family.
The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The buffet was overcrowded and poorly managed, with guests having to queue for basic items such as coffee and cooked eggs. The food quality itself was average and did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this category.
Overall, the lack of hospitality, poor room allocation, and chaotic dining experience significantly detracted from our stay.
