Very nice and large Pool and Lake area. comfortable and large room with very nice bathroom and balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and good quality in Restaurants.
Aircondition noisy. Partly some minor maintenance issues but nothing serious

The best things in this hotel were a spacious room/bathroom, greenery views and good location.
It was not worth paying.
(We paid 8424 baht for two nights).
Even though before booking, I searched and decided to choose this hotel because many reviews said that this hotel is the best hotel in Phitsanulok.
The fact that I'm slightly disappointed.
- My room was a bit smelly old.
- The minibar in the room was horrible because it had only two bottles of drinking water and coffee sachets (I expected that it should have had some nuts or some carbonated drink, same as the other hotel at high-star level hotels).
- Many parking lots but there had a shortcut from parking to room directly without any security guard or lobby observation.
- Last but not least, there had no massage or spa services. Even the name of this hotel is Pattara resort and SPA.
- Lastly, the service was not really friendly and not good as many other hotels.
