The hotel alone Looks luxery but outside it’s Not a good area and place to stay
My room was very small, and smelling so bad. I’m a gold member but they didn’t have me any benefits

Second time in Indonesia on various islands and this is the best hotel (price quality) we have stayed in. Beds, pillows, room and the staff all great. Also the rooms are very quiet. No traffic or sounds from mosques, a rare thing in Indonesia. And a big thank you to Ruth who solved the only problem we had (A.C In first room) quickly and with no fuss. Thank you Ruth.

The hotel was amazing! They kindly prepared a “Happy Anniversary” welcome for us upon request and greeted us with delicious Gula Melaka cakes. Our room was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with so many varieties to choose from. We stayed here for 11 days, and our entire stay was wonderful from start to finish.
I highly recommend including breakfast with your hotel stay — it’s definitely worth it! ❤️
