Very large room - larger than we were expecting which is good. Good kitchenette and appliances - combo microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, coffee pod machine, sink and bench space. You can stay comfortably here for several nights. Room was very clean too. Very good location - right across from Kingston station and a short walk to the shops.
A few things did need a bit of maintenance but nothing that would be a deal-breaker. Mainly the sliding door out to the balcony which you could barely open, it was seized shut. Decor could do with a bit of an update but far from terrible.

The staff were all lovely and very helpful.
The eggs were slightly overcooked with no salt or pepper provided.
While the bathroom was clean the actual bath/shower was not as clean as I would expect for a 4.5 star hotel.

We didn't book breakfast with the booking, but we had breakfast one day it was really good.

Quiet location. Free onsite parking. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The hotel has had a mini refresh however, the rooms are still very dated. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo that was very tight. Highly unsuitable in modern hotels. Lamps have ghastly globes. WiFi was most unusable and patchy at best.
