I stayed at this hotel previously and had a very comfortable experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, my recent stay in June 2026 ended on a disappointing note due to the checkout experience.
Although it was the off-season and the hotel did not appear busy, the receptionist strictly insisted on checkout at 12:00 noon and declined my request for a short 15-minute extension. To avoid any disagreement, I vacated the room at 11:59 AM, even though I had to leave in a hurry and pack my belongings quickly.
While I understand that hotels have policies, a little flexibility and customer-friendly service would have been appreciated, especially for such a brief request. The stay itself was comfortable, but the lack of courtesy during checkout left a negative impression.

The location is very near to metro station. And the room cleaning and organising every day.
there are small cockroaches in the room, and some furnitures especially the kitchen cabinets not good.
