Boutique type hotel. Quiet, easy to get a sun lounger. Very close to bars and restaurants and a bus stop for easy and convenient travel to the old town or outside of Sirmione. Exceptionally clean. Tea, coffee, water and cake available complimentary all afternoon

On the positive side, the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers complimentary refreshments during the day, including lemon and mint-infused water, coffee from a self-service machine, and what appeared to be leftover pastries and croissants from breakfast. These small touches were appreciated, although the refreshments were not available when we left early in the morning. Overall, the hotel is adequate for a short stay, but several maintenance and service details need attention to meet the standards one would expect from a Best Western property.
It is located about 3 km from the old city, which makes it reasonably convenient if you have a car, though not ideal for those who prefer to stay within walking distance of the historic center. We stayed for one night and were hoping to have an early breakfast before departure. Unfortunately, breakfast only starts at 7:15 AM, while we had to leave at 5:30 AM, so we missed it entirely. Parking can also be challenging. Although there are two parking areas, both can become quite crowded. Be prepared to spend a few extra minutes finding a spot or maneuvering your car when it is tightly surrounded by other vehicles. I specifically requested a quiet room, but was assigned a room next to the elevator, which was disappointing. The room itself showed several maintenance issues: the toilet seat was broken, and my young daughter actually pinched herself on it. This should be a simple repair and is something that should not be overlooked. The bathroom had additional problems. The hot and cold water indicators on the shower faucet were reversed, which can be unpleasant and potentially dangerous, especially when bathing small children. There were also two holes in the bathroom wall, giving the impression that installation or renovation work had not been properly completed. The shower gel provided had an unpleasant smell, to the point that my daughter preferred to use our own toiletries. The air conditioning unit was also noticeably noisy throughout the night.
