Hotel and staff were lovely and were able to accommodate us the night before the wedding for drinks.

In need of some TLC.

The location is in central Tetbury

The smell from room 9 was very unpleasant. The staff attended to my room to inspect the situation but all of them denied there was any smell. I found this most unusual and felt that they were attempting to conceal the obvious issue. In their defence they allowed me to move but the the fact that nobody acknowledged the problem left me slightly unhappy about the handling of the whole thing.

Better than expectations.

Excellent location food was stunning better than expected, staff were helpfull and friendly. Real bonus having a large car park. Good to be able to park and walk into Tetbury, its only ashort distance.

Lovely place to stay

The Priory Inn was a lovely find, quiet, very clean, all the staff were lovely, meals were very good too!! Accommodated our need to stay on until midday in our room.

Excellent place to stay, very convenient

Friendly staff, clean roomy bedroom. Excellent in room shampoo, shower gel, coffee bags, biscuits. First rate breakfast.

A great stay, visited Dyrham gardens, Highgrove Gardens and Westonbirt Arboritum, all very close,

We were greeted by Rob on arrival who was very friendly and welcoming and showed us to our room. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet, so we slept well. The room and bathroom was very clean.

The hotel was sooo cosy. The staff were the best ever, so friendly and helpful and caring, Natalie in particular was just wonderful. Would recommend a stay at the Priory Inn.

If I go again to that part of the world, that is where I would want to stay.

The multi-tasking lady that was at reception when I arrived also served breakfast in the morning. She was helpful, cheerful and pleasant and a credit to the hotel

The room had everything we needed. We lost our key and they kindly let us in at 1am! Lovely rooms and bathrooms. The toiletries were sustainable.

Matt and Natalie who own the hotel couldn’t do enough for us. We were a party of 20 and we couldn’t

Superb

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff were very friendly, helpful an welcoming. The room was big, very clean and a lovely big comfortly bed. Amazing breakfast. Will definitely be returning.

The room is in much need of updating, especially the bathroom which needs some TLC but spotlessly clean.

Good accommodation in a beautiful town. Fab breakfast.

The room was a good size. Parking was easy. They allowed us to get our key before the check in time as we were going to a wedding. The breakfast was top notch.

It was a bit tired. The bathroom was low quality. Needs a refurbish and the shower temperature was all over the place. Having two twin beds pushed together makes for a huge bed but uncomfortable if you wanted to be close to your partner as there’s a big line down the middle of the bed.

Good location, there were some miscommunication but was resolved quickly.

Great for a couple of nights break.

Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly, food delicious and good choice, beds really comfy, hotel needs a bit of TLC but as it has recently been taken over by new management, expect this will happen in the future. Would definitely stay here again.

A comfy lounge area for before/after dinner and for generally relaxing in instead of going back to room.

Short but good!

Reception, the staff were friendly and efficient. Service in restaurant excellent. Food wonderful, good choice.

Shower not over bath, better to have walk in shower.
