Surrounded by lush Palm trees and crisp colourful flowers, we've got you tucked away in your own little island inspired home. Soak up some sun in your own private pool or take a break and hit the beach. Chuck some steaks on the grill, or pack a basket and explore. There really is no limit to your island experience. Whether you're looking to have a wild holiday with friends or a fresh little getaway with family, we've got you covered. Our three bedroom unit has enough space to fit you and your entire party comfortably. But a good nights rest isn't the only thing you should look forward too. With our location you've got the beach, almost literally at your door step with only a quick 5min walk to Social Centre Beach. A local favourite. Feeling peckish but run out of supplies? No sweat, hop in your car or scooter and you're off on a 10min ride to town. While you're there, why not explore a little? Grab a souvenir T shirt or an infamous Cook Islands black pearl pendant. There's no limit here! And if all this has still got you craving for more. Then be sure to check out Black Rock and watch the sun set on another day in paradise. While you swim and enjoy the waters of the Pacific Ocean. No rush, no fuss. Relax, you're on island time now! Special conditions: Smoking allowed outside only. Families or mature guests preferred. Pool area not fenced-smaller children must always be supervised. No pets allowed, however we do have 2 friendly dog that loves everyone. We stayed here for 3 months while on an extended stay in Raro. It was absolute perfect for what we needed and the pool especially, was amazing!
Being here so long, a few things cropped up over time, Vaiana and Bella were always responsive and resolved any thing we needed as soon as possible.
We loved Sadie and Missy and would have taken them home if we could, we miss them desperately and hope all future guests love them like we do!
The location is great - close to town and the beach, and Super Browns, Oasis etc. close by to pop into. We loved hearing the planes coming in and it made it easy to pick up visitors as we knew when they'd landed :)
We love our 2nd home and would recommend to all.

This place is private and quiet. It is sheltered and has a big outdoor area and clean pool. When we needed anything Vaiana had Bella from next door organise and bring us things we needed. Vaiana was quick to respond and all provided us with the necessary items.

Kia Orana, Enjoyed our time in Rarotonga there was a little hiccup with our stay few days out as there was a problem with the pool so we was put up in the Blue Estate by Vianna and her Sis which we didn’t mind and was algoods we was there to enjoy and was looking forward to going for a getaway. Recommended by us next time we have to stay in Nikao☺️ Tupapa Heights was a fabulous view☺️

Beautiful equipped home, perfect size to comfortably sleep 4 Adults n 2 teenagers.
Friendly dogs that kept the girls busy when not on their gadgets and the communication with the hosts was great.

We loved this house. Perfect location. A beautiful hide away sanctuary. The house had all the appliances so easy to make meals. We only had 4 people but it could comfortably do 6 people. Loved the very friendly cat and dogs . The outdoor space is wonderful to spend time in. Thanks so much

Vaiana’s pool house is a lovely place to stay! The space is beautiful inside and out. Daily visits from a cat was an added bonus. The location is great. Close to the airport and only a 10 minute walk to the main road to catch the bus or walk along the beach. Highly recommend this stay :)

Disappointed
This house looks lovely and I was looking forward to sharing time there with friends for a celebration. Unfortunately, while I booked this house, we did not get to stay in it. A few days before we were due to arrive, I was told that we were being moved to a different house, because there were some tiles lifting in the booked house.
The alternative house was not of a good standard generally, and didn't seem well looked after, things were rusty, cupboards smelt mouldy and there were wasps in the roof that attacked us when we used the pool.
There were issues with the hot water and electricity. We had cold showers and used a toothbrush to turn lights on to avoid shocking ourselves.
They did try to address the water issues, but this was not fixed while we were there.
The hosts response to this was that our booking could have been cancelled by her instead, which is clearly not a good solution. I would have preferred to stay in a house with tiles lifting in one room, than all of the issues listed above.
While other reviews are positive, this was a disappointing and negative experience for my friends and I, and I won't be booking with this host in future.

Awesome accomodation
Such a Beautiful home, felt right at home here, very private and quiet, the swimming pool was beautiful too and we loved the black cat that visited everyday and hung out with us. Would definitely stay again when we come back

The property was beautiful and clean. Fans were available, but it was still quite hot inside, lucky enough there was a pool. It was hard to find our holiday home, but managed to find it eventually.

Perfect for our group of 6, with 3 double rooms and bedding for 10! Open plan living made the place seem a lot bigger with nice furninshings. The massive deck was great for BBQs, drinks and lounging about, exactly what we came for...relaxation! The pool was perfect for cooling off morning, noon and night!! The neighbourhood pets were very friendly and we were sad to leave the “BIg Guy” (the golden lab-x). This house is a home away from home! Thank you Vaiana!

Awesome house with an awesome out-door area! We spent most our time on the large deck next to the pool. We donated some pool lilos because they made our experience so much more relaxing. We were aware of the washing machine being broken so didn't have a problem, although the fridge struggled to work and actually don't think it worked at all, the freezer was fine but definitely time to upgrade the seals or even replace. The location is close to shops, airport, town, beaches, restaurants.

My whanau used the bus that was an easy 10 minute walk to the local super brown corner store. We knew the washing machine didn't spin so no problem there. Beautiful white towels for the pool but no beach towels. I tried to find some to buy as a donation to this beautiful home but couldnt find any. Overall amazing, spacious, comfortable, loads of shade, great neighbours and friendly dogs.

Location is inland and very accessible to town. Finding the house at 2am was a little difficult but we managed. It is child friendly and very spacious. There was one small issue which is easily fixable. The washing machine does not operate properly and being a parent it was the only let down. Overall our stay was amazing. Beautiful home.
