Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από τη χώρα Σκοπέλου σε όμορφη τοποθεσία. Ήταν καθαρό, οργανωμένο με τα περισσότερα απαραίτητα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξυπηρετικός.
Δεν υπήρχε καφετιέρα στο δωμάτιο μας. Τα έπιπλα και οι συσκευές είναι παλιού τύπου.

La struttura è immersa nel verde,poco fuori dal centro di Skopelos,immersa nella quiete e lontano dalla strada che tra l’altro è poco trafficata.In 5 minuti si possono raggiungere le spiagge di Stafylos e Velanio e in 3 minuti il centro di Skopelos.Comoda anche la piscina per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare.Il monolocale è di dimensioni giuste,con un terrazzino che si affaccia cerso la città.Il condizionatore non l’abbiamo mai usato e non ci sono zanzare.

Πρώτη φορά πήγα στην σκόπελο κ ο κύριος Γιώργος από την πρώτη στιγμή μας κατατόπισε πλήρως

La cama era muy cómoda y había mucho sitio para aparcar. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. El dueño fue muy amable y atento desde el principio, y nos recomendó muchos sitios para ver y comer. La piscina estaba muy bien y limpia. La terraza también era agradable aunque le faltaba un toldo.
El baño necesita una actualización, al igual que la pequeña cocina que no disponía de elementos básicos como aceite y sal, y el menaje debería cambiarlo. Además, tampoco había un armario para guardar la compra.
El wifi no funcionaba a pesar de los múltiples avisos al dueño. La sábana bajera no nos la cambiaron en toda la estancia y la encimera no cubría la cama entera.
