We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The food was amazing, and the service was truly exceptional. everything was at a very high standard. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent food breakfast and dinner. With a vegan twist but not forced - you can enjoy many non-vegan options. The complimentary lunch is a great option. Fantastic SPA area - especially the adult top-roof sauna is astonishing. Super friendly staff - willing to help to the possible extent - you really feel welcome there.

In General the hotel is more modern than most hotels/cabins in ski areas. The drinks were well made too. I personally thought the service staff (waitresses, and restaurant staff especially) were so polite and went above and beyond to make you feel taken care of - all you have to do is ask!
For the price of the place, I found the whole stay not worth its while. The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets on the bed were very thin and low quality. The room didn’t have temperature control, we left the window open all night (it was around 5degrees C at night) to have a comfortable nights sleep. We asked for extra pillows and they said they couldn’t find any and gave us the tiniest cushions after being reminded thrice. Additionally, we got the half board which I felt was quite a waste - breakfast was your typical cold meat spread and there as a live egg station but the eggs made there were hit and miss. There were vegan options available for everything but that doesn’t justify the price you pay! Dinner is a course meal but the food could be so much better, the list price is about 56euros per person!
Overall, I thought it was a modern take on a ski spa hotel, but nothing about the food or room justifies the price for the stay! Expected soo much more :(
