Отличный персонал, заселение прошло раньше времени. Мы прилетели рано утром, нам предложили завтрак и мы немного прогулялись по набережной, после чего нас заселили в номер. Спасибо всему персоналу! Рекомендую

Nice location v clean
I asked them large room before my arrival and high floor but they didn’t give in the time they have and I was in this hotel many times before

The location is decent and convenient.
The facilities are acceptable for a short stay.
Breakfast quality is okay.
The staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
-There is no attractive view from the room/window.
-Breakfast lacks variety and tends to be the same every day.
-The furniture is quite old and not well maintained.
-The air conditioning was not working properly, only the heater was functioning.
-Water leaks from the shower area into the toilet area after use.
-Fridge was damaged from inside.
-The price feels high compared to the overall quality and experience.
