Séjour dans cette chambre au 1er étage vue mer très agréable

Vue exceptionnelle sur le port et la baie Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses Décoration sobre mais de bon goût À deux pas des commerces et des restaurants

Un problème électrique et le technicien qui est intervenu avant les propriétaires n’était pas forcément très agréable et compétent

Friendly and helpful staff .Satisfactory, I would stay again

Radio and pop music totally unnecessary at breakfast . (Never wanted to stay in for other meals. I'd pay extra to have no music at meal times - I can chose my own) Staff not allow time to take cereal before taking order for cooked breakfast - which is then cold .

Disappointing.

the restaurant had good food and service for dinner and breakfast.

the room in the Annex ( room 42) was tired, dark and needed a good clean. lots of dust on panelling and roof lights. Curtain hanging off. Filthy windows. Shower room needed attention.

Very Charming, but on the small side

Fantastic location, very charming, pretty, extremely clean. Emphasis on charming. The dining room (breakfast) is also really warm and atmospheric. The shower, while very small, had great water pressure.

No lift. Had to climb to the (American) 3rd floor, this was unpleasant. Bed was a double, not a queen, which was small for 2 modern adults. The shower was *really* tiny.

Beautifully decorated hotel with lovely staff- breakfast slightly disappointing

Beautiful room - seemed freshly decorated and we received an upgrade. Stunning views from top floor. Staff so friendly.

Room was so hot overnight - even with radiator turned down and windows open. Duvet very heavy. Breakfast was tasty but unfortunately only warm- not hot.

Warm, welcoming hotel that impressed on most fronts.

Breakfast impressed in that it was provided early and very efficiently. Also high quality food.

Good

Had a lovely break. Good central location. Comfy bed and great shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast. We ate in the outside area and the bar next door since we had the dog with us and the food and service were excellent.

Although the room was very comfortable it was dark and faced onto the back of the hotel and the kitchen extractor fan which was quite noisy. Thankfully it was turned off at night.

Nice but pricey.

It is a lovely building. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast. Staff very nice.

Room VERY hot after our shower. Three flights of steep, winding stairs, difficult with overnight bags. Small, firm double bed with pillows like pebbles. Presume St Andrews is an expensive place to stay as £152 b+b seemed too much for that room.

Was ok, does the job but isn’t anything special

Was in a good location, central to the main town. Rooms were clean.

Breakfast buffet was very limited for options. Tables were quite cramped together. Had an unpleasant interaction with staff at the end, as one was very rude about us missing check out due to being at a university tour, despite the fact that check out times were not stated to us at the beginning and we expected check out to be at 12 like every other normal hotel. Every other staff member however was lovely.

Lovely, lovely hotel, excellent customer service - no lift for older guests

Booked 4 rooms - breakfast lovely, freshly cooked, lovely surroundings and well organised. Rooms in main hotel gorgeous, newly decorated, very warm and welcoming. Hotel is very central - would definitely stay again but not with elderly friends/relatives.

No lift - 2 couples were over 70, one of them over 80 and all 4 rooms were on the top floor - a struggle to get them up the many stairs, consequently they didn't come down again until breakfast when they brought their luggage with them so they didn't have to go back up. Annexe rooms could do with an upgrade as could the entrance to the Annexe - room rate was the same as main hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was first class.

Breakfast was brilliant lots of choices and staff were so pleasant. Location is perfect not far from beach or town centre.

Room could have been a bit bigger.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful and comfortable hotel. Will definitely return

Fantastic location, very comfortable room, nice and modern but traditional decor. Very good breakfast. Staff were brilliant and very helpful.

Awkward locations for plugs meant we had to boil the kettle under the desk. Ordering of breakfast the night before wasn't ideal but understandable. Otherwise, a fantastic stay
