We can walk to a the mall from the hotel and hail for a cab almost instantly. Bathroom is kept clean and newly refurbished, I think.
In our room, the floorboard under the carpet needs repair. It poses a risk that one might trip over. Also, the microwave oven needs to be replaced (no auto stop).

The room was very complete with its zone to work and rest, and then the area of the kitchen well equipped to do the meals. As it was not in front of main street but in the backwards one, the room was very quiet during the day, so I could work without disturbance. There are many supermarkets and restaurants very near, and you have a bus stop just in front of the apart-hotel, so perfect for all your daily activities.
There was not the typical table with chairs to eat your meals properly, as the only table was similar to the one where you are working, so it is more a desk than a table to eat. The kitchen was lacking some fabric to clean the dishes or the table after preparing the meals.
